This renovation was designed for a couple who love to gather with their community and entertain. Featuring a movie watching and wet bar zone in the basement for a live / work concept, a completely new kitchen and banquette now opened up to a deck and the backyard, and a spatial reconfiguration of the 2nd floor for their family.
